Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This petition had been preferred seeking a direction for the transfer of the petitioner to any other Class-IV post (preferably Daftari/ Peon). Although it is orally contended that the petitioner suffers from an eye injury, but in the absence of any medical certificate this Court finds no ground to entertain the present writ petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed.
