JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The applicant has preferred all these applications, seeking grant of temporary bail on the ground of making some financial arrangement and necessity of his presence at the time of procedure of angiography to be undergone by his mother.
2. Considering overall medical reports annexed along with one of the applications herein, at this stage, in view of availability of elder brother of the applicant, no case is made out and all the applications deserve to be rejected.
3. However, in case, if report of angiography suggests serious complications for which mother of the applicant is to undergo any further treatment, it will be open for the applicant to revive the request by filing further application, at later stage.
4. All the application are rejected accordingly. Rule is discharged.
