Matter is taken up through video conferencing.
Petitioner by way of present petition seeks following relief:-
"(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the Prarup-2 dated 14.05.2019 issued by Executive Engineer/Prescribed Authority Vidyut Vitaran Khand-Mawana, Pashchimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited Meerut (respondent no. 2).
(B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2016 and conclude the enquiry as requested by the respondent no.1 vide its letter dated 16.02.2016 within stipulated period and may further be please to direct the respondents to not take coercive steps against the petitioner till the disposal of his representation dated 09.02.2016 and take coercive measure against the petitioner."
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
Prayer is allowed.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty.
