Despite these Civil Revision Applications are adjourned time and again and atleast for 49 times after the same were admitted and mostly due to the non-availability of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respective applicant and despite the earlier order dated 12/07/2012, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respective applicant, Shri J.R. Shah, has chosen to remain absent constantly, the present Civil Revision Applications are dismissed for non-prosecution. Rule is discharged in both the applications. Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, sands vacated forthwith.
