The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial judge to decide Original Suit No.481 of 2011 filed by the petitioners, expeditiously within a stipulated time.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that some of the issues have already been decided as preliminary issues but thereafter virtually no progress has been made although the suit is of the year 2011.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make all endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
