JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considering the report dated 19-4-2012 of the Deputy Superintendent, Jail, sufficient medical treatment was being provided to the convict prisoner and he was being taken for regular tests and follow up checks, whenever occasion has arisen. In view of the above, there is no substance in the allegations raised by the convict prisoner and hence, this application is rejected.
