The applicant has taken out this application for seeking extension of parole leave granted by this court on 18.5.2012 in Special Criminal Misc. Application No. 1548 of 2012. The present Criminal Misc. Application is taken out in that very Special Criminal application. The said matter is today on board before the Hon'ble other Judge. Ordinarily this matter, which is arising from the main matter, is being posted along with said matter. However, office has placed this matter before this court as the roster indicates that matters filed after 2.7.2012 be placed before this court and accordingly, this application is placed before this Court. Therefore, I am of the considered view that in order to maintain consistency of approach, office is require to obtain appropriate orders from the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice with regard to placement of both the matters i.e. Special Criminal Application No. 1548 of 2012 and Criminal Misc. Application No. 9427 of 2012. As the parole leave is ending on 4.7.2012, office is directed to take appropriate orders as soon as possible so that the court may pass appropriate order before present application become infructuous.
