JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned APP submits that after the certificate of January, 2012 regarding ailment of daughter of the petitioner was produced, petitioner was granted furlough w.e.f. 28.01.2012 to 17.02.2012, but at the same time, nature of ailment of the daughter of the petitioner is such that medical certificate indicating ailment of daughter of the petitioner, is required to be produced on record.
For further orders, stand over to 12/06/2012.
