Mohmad vs State

This application is filed for extension of parole. It is to be noted that parole granted to the convict for his illness vide order passed in Special Criminal Application No.2992 of 2011 was extended twice vide order dated 9-12-2011 passed in Cri.Misc.Appln.No.16889of 2011 for one month and also vide order dated 10-1-2012 passed in Cri.Misc.Appln.No.96 of 2012 for a period of ten days and hence, this application is rejected.
