JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ms.
Asmita Patel, learned AGP, upon instruction of one Shri Pradip Shah, Collector, Surendranagar, submits that the concerned Collector shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the present petitioner and he may visit the office on 15.02.2012. On 15.02.2012, hearing will be over. The petitioner will be heard and thereafter appropriate decision will be taken and it will be communicated to the petitioner latest by 22.02.2012. Hence, S.O. to 22.02.2012.
