1. Rule.
Ms.P.J. Davawala, learned counsel waives service of Rule on behalf of the opponents-original petitioners.
2. The opponents herein-original petitioners have prayed for fixing the main matter being Special Civil Application No.27203 of 2007 for final hearing.
3. Considering the averments made in the application, prayer, as prayed for, in the application for fixing the main matter for final hearing, deserves to be accepted.
4. In view of the above, the application is allowed. The main matter being Special Civil Application No.27203 of 2007 is fixed for final hearing in the week commencing from 25.06.2012. Rule is made absolute. No order as to costs.
