Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-respondents. Considering the facts and circumstances and the allegations made in the impugned F.I.R. the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that till the submission of report by the Police under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime 171 of 2010, under Sections 323, 504, 506, I.P.C. and 3(I) (X) SC/ST Act Police Station Meja, District Allahabad subject to the condition that he presents himself before the Investigating Officer whenever required and cooperate with the investigation.
