Heard Mr. Tushar Sheth, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Manan Maheta, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent no.1. Mr. Sheth has pointed out that internal examination for first semester is to start from 21.10.2013 i.e. Monday. Considering the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Division Bench (Coram : Honourable The Chief Justice Mr. Bhaskar Bhattacharya and Honourable Mr. Justice J.B.Pardiwala) in the case of Parul Arogya Seva Mandal V/s. State of Gujarat in Special Civil Application No. 14332 of 2013, the respondents are Page 1 of 2 C/SCA/15807/2013 ORDER directed to permit the petitioner to appear in first semester internal examination and the order of disqualification which is impugned in this petition is suspended till 25.11.2013, subject to further orders of this Court. S.O. to 25.11.2013 . Direct service is permitted today.
