Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Court below i.e. learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Fast Track-11, Hapur be directed to expedite the hearing and decide the Original Suit No. 327 of 2016 (Mohit Singhal Vs. Smt. Chhama) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act within a time bound period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Fast Track-11, Hapur to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law as provided under Section 21- B(2) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, expeditiously provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
With with aforesaid observations/directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
