She states that she has voluntarily married with Mohit Sen @ Raja Sen @ Mohit Kumar(petitioner-1) In view of the statement of Upasana Singh(petitioner-2) the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.0003 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Dhata, district Fatehpur till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
