High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|08 February, 2021

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Rohit Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
This Petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the court below/trial court (Session Court) to conclude the trial of the Case expeditiously in S.T. No. 292 of 2019 under Section 302 I.P.C. arising out of Case Crime No. 87 of 2019, P.S. Farah, District Mathura.
Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that applicant is informant of this case and the charge in this case was framed on 25.09.2019, thereafter number of adjournments were given for recording statement of witnesses of prosecution but till now only statement of P.W.1 is in process to be recorded. Frequent adjournments are given, hence direction may be issued for expeditious disposal.
It is directed that court below shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from today, if there is no legal hurdle, without permitting undue adjournments to either sides.
With this direction, this application is disposed of without issuing any notice to O.P. No.2 as it is an innocuous order. If the O.P. No.2 feels aggrieved, he/she may approach this Court.
