JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Pratyush Chaubey, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Brijesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondents submits that Sri Brijesh Kumar Shukla, Advocate, has undergone heart surgery and he is recuperating. He has applied for leave upto 24-12-2021, which has been sanctioned by the High Court.
Sri Pratyush Chaubey further submits that the Railway Protection Force will not proceed with the departmental enquiry against the petitioner till the next date of listing of this writ petition In view thereof, list this in the first week of January,2022.
