Order on Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, Mohit Kumar @ Mohit Raghav, in Case Crime No. 169 of 2020, under Sections- 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Mirchahi, District- Etah.
Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A.
As per office report dated 27.02.2021 notice on opposite party no. 2 has been served but no one has put in appearance.
The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 13.01.2021.
The order is confirmed.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 13.01.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
