Heard learned counsel for parties and perused the record.
Thought through instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the Recovery Certificate issued by opposite party no. 2 but, at this stage, he confines his prayer only to the extent that opposite party no. 2 be directed to dispose of his representation made on 30.4.2010.
Therefore, without entering into merits of the case, we dispose of this writ petition finally with the direction to the opposite party no. 2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner made on 30.4.2010, as contained in Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition, within period of one month from the date certified copy of this order is produced.
