Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.S. Maurya, the learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Shivam Yadav for the informant and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No.247 of 2019, under Sections 379, 427, 420, 506, 408, 467, 468, 471, 436 I.P.C. and Sections 65, 66 of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, police station Hafizpur, District Hapur.
Learned counsel for parties are ad idem that this application would merit dismissal for reasons assigned in companion Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 54862 of 2019 [Anuj Gupta Vs. State of U.P.].
Accordingly and following the decision rendered on Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 54862 of 2019, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
The application shall consequently stand rejected.
