Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner, Ms. Anjali Upadhyay learned Advocate for the respondent no. 2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
The petitioner seeks to challenge the notice dated 23.3.2021 issued under Section 10 of the U.P. Industrial Area Development Act, 1976. It is sought to be submitted that the land in question is an 'Abadi' land and the assertion in the notice impugned regarding illegal construction being raised by the petitioner is incorrect.
In none of the paragraph of the writ petition, the petitioner had disclosed as to how he has acquired title in the disputed property. The entire writ petition is silent about the said issue.
It further appears that the disputed property had been acquired under the Land Acquisition Act.
As the writ petition is silent about the particular issues and the status of the petitioner, we do not find any good ground to entertain the same.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars.
