This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.2 to carve out or to construct the connecting road /approach road thorough the green belt for the purposes of exit and entry of the plot No.63 having area of 4000, in Sector Ecotech-1, Extention 1, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, or in the alternative be pleased to pass suitable orders directing respondent no.2 to give an alternative plot in a development sector for the purposes of starting up the industrial unit at the earliest."
Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter at length has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within a stipulated period Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No.2,Chief Executive Officer, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, ventilating their grievances within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law after examining the entire matter by a speaking and reasoned order expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
