Instructions placed before this Court by Sri R.P. Singh, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel accepted notices on behalf of respondent Nos.1 & 4 and Sri R.P. Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and 3.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the following prayers:-
A. Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to permit the petitioner for rectifying the discrepancy on the online application form for the appointment of Assistant Teacher in primary School with regard to total marks awarded in B.T.C. Course.
B. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents for permitting the petitioner to appear in the counseling and thereafter issue appointment letter as well as permit for joining as Assistant Teacher in Basic Schools.
It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that for making necesary corrections, a Government Order has already been issued by the State Government on 04.12.2020. It is argued that pursuant to the aforesaid Government Order, representation has already been submitted by the petitioner before the District Basic Education Officer, Mainpur/respondent No.3 on 05.12.2020 by registered post, copyof the same is appended as Annexure No.7 to the writ petition.
On instructions, it is argued by Sri R.P. Singh, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that necessary details alongwith the candidates' list in this regard has already been forwarded to the office of respondent Nos.2 vide letter dated 18.12.2020 in which the name of the petitioner placed at serial no.10.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally directing the respondent no.2/Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad.
