Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
By means of the present application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur to expedite the hearing of the Complaint Case No. 2357 of 2017 (Mohini Sharma vs. Deepak Kushwaha & Others), under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005,Police Station Tiwaripur, District Gorakhpur.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
