On the last occasion, this Court passed the following orders:-
"List revised. None appears for the petitioner. Learned A.G.A. is present for the State.
List on 27.08.2019.
Learned counsel for petitioner has to argue this petition on the next date of listing, otherwise, it shall be decided in accordance with law." Today when the case was taken up in the revised list for hearing, none is responding on behalf of the petitioner. Learned A.G.A. is present for the State.
This writ petition has been instituted assailing the order dated 24.6.2010 passed by learned Commissioner, Faizabad Region, Faizabad by which Appeal No. 50 of 2012/Barabanki under Section 6 of the U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970 (Mohd. Museb Vs. State of U.P.) has been disposed of and the petitioner/appellant was directed to maintain good conduct and peace for six months. He was also directed to furnish two surety bonds and personal bond amounting to Rs. 15,000/-. The District Magistrate, Barabanki passed the order of exile against the appellant for six months, which was challenged in appeal preferred by the petitioner. In these circumstances, finding that period of six months has expired long ago as per order passed by District Magistrate, Barabanki and Commissioner, Faizabad Region, Faizabad. Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
