This writ petition has been directed to be connected with Writ Petition No. 38032 of 2014.
Both these writ petitions are directed against the same order. Since both the contesting parties are aggrieved by the same order, the parties may exchange their affidavits.
Respondents in both the writ petitions are granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit.
Petitioners in both the writ petitions will have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
Until further orders, the parties are directed to maintain status quo as regards nature and possession of the property in dispute. They may also restrained from creating third party rights therein.
