At the very outset, Sri G.P.Singh, learned AGA submits that in the present matter, charge sheet has already been submitted before the competent court on 17.8.2021, as such, the writ petition itself rendered infructuous.
Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Learned counsel for the complainant has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
