Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed rejoinder affidavit in response to the counter affidavit of respondent No.3-Nagar Palika Parishad, Tanda, District-Ambedkar Nagar, which has also been filed today by Sri Sharad Dwivedi, learned counsel. Sri Anand Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel has also filed the counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 today itself. The same are taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two days' time to file rejoinder affidavit in response to the counter affidavit of the State.
