Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present.
Heard learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 17.1.2014 passed by District Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar in case No. 250 under section 3/4 U.P. Control of Goondas Act .
From the perusal of the record it reveals that the final order extering the petitioner for the period of six months has been passed by learned District Magistrate, Ambedkarnagar, which is appeal able. The petition is not maintainable.
Accordingly it is dismissed.
