Heard Learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record. This civil revision is directed against the order dated 04.11.1993 passed by the executing court allowing the application of respondent no. 1 under Order XXI Rule 99 C.P.C. for restoration of the possession of the house from which she was wrongly dispossessed. Executing court finding that applicant was wrongly ejected from the house in question in pursuance to the execution in decree, allowed her application. Ever since then 17 years have passed, the revision remained.
There is hardly any reason to believe that in the absence of any stay order in this present revision, proceedings must not have come to a logical end in the court below rendering this revision infructuous. The civil revision, accordingly, stands dismissed as infructuous. 08.01.2010 VKS/ C.R. 547/93
