Although the prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 103 of 2018 expeditiously but while making oral submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a direction be issued to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction paper no. 7-C (2) within a specified time frame.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the defendants have already entered appearance and are contesting the proceedings.
The instant petition is accordingly disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no legal impediment.
