Heard Sri Ajay Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri G.P. Singh, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is said to have fled away from the place of occurrence. Nothing has been recovered either from the possession of the applicant or on his pointing out. He has been falsely implicated in the present case.
Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, the nature and gravity of the accusation, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant Mohammad Yoonish involved in Case Crime No. 67 of 2019 under sections 3/5A/8 Cow Slaughter Act and 11 (2) and 20 of Animal Cruelty Act, police station Kheragarh, District Agra.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
However, the applicant will be at liberty to move regular bail application under section 439 Cr.P.C., if so advised.
