Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Notice need not be issued to the private respondents no.7 in view of the order proposed to be passed.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondents for conducting an enquiry regarding production of forged and fabricated documents by the respondent no.7 for obtaining the fair price shop licence.
Shri Vivek Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the said prayer.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondents to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order after affording opportunity of hearing to the respondent no.7 in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
