The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing Station House Officer, Ayana, Distt. Auraiya and Station House Officer, Ajeetmal, Distt. Auraiya, respondents - 4 and 5 not to interfere with fish transportation of the petitioner.
The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is exercising fisheries right under the order of Additional District Magistrate dated 10.4.2019, therefore, he is entitled to transport the fish. But the petitioner has failed to do so.
There is no provision under which the Additional District Magistrate has given powers to grant such type of fisheries lease. In such circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed.
