Heard Sri A.K.Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner along with Sri Mohammad Khalid, learned standing counsel for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and Sri Alok Mishra for respondent nos.4 to 6.
The petitioner attained the age of superannuation on 31.8.2015. The sole grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid his retiral dues since then. In regard to the same he has moved a representation before respondent no.5 on 18.9.2019.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.5 to decide the representation of the petitioner in regard to his retiral dues in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
