Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The instant petition has been filed for flouting the judgment and decree dated 04.01.2013 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 2, Allahabad.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to satisfy the Court that the decree of the civil court can be got executed in contempt jurisdiction.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to take remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
