Mohd vs State

Considering the facts and circumstances and nature of allegations levelled against the applicant, maternal uncle of accused i.e. husband of the complainant, a case is made out at this stage that further proceedings and filing of charge-sheet be stayed qua the applicant only.

The interim relief granted as above shall not preclude the investigating agency from filing the charge-sheet against other accused.
