JUDGMENT / ORDER

The application of the present applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2011 considering the fact that the applicant was convicted for the offence punishable under NDPS Act and that the appeal filed by the present applicant was dismissed by this Court on 28.6.2011. Considering this fact, this application is rejected.
