Learned advocate appearing for the respondents urged that till the renovation work is completed, an alternative accommodation to the petitioner can be provided by the respondents, for which both the parties are working out the possible amicable solution. Accordingly, at the joint request made by learned counsel for the parties, the matter is adjourned to 5th July 2012.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue till then.
