Heard Sri Akhilesh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
By means of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the final assessment made by the Executive Engineer Dated 4.10.2018.
Against the order of final assessment the petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
That being the provision, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition, at this stage, in view of the efficacious alternative remedy available to the petitioner.
