The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court of District Judge, Kanpur Nagar to expedite proceeding of Civil Appeal No.11 of 2018 and conclude the same within a stipulated period.
As to civil appeals of which year are pending before the court below is not disclosed.
Keeping in mind that the appeal has been recently filed, no specific direction need be issued. However, in case there is any urgency and the parties are served with notice of the proceedings, it is always open to the petitioner to move application before the court concerned for expediting the proceeding.
With the aforesaid observation/liberty, the petition is disposed off.
