Mr. Rohan Gupta, learned counsel for respondents-authority submits that the instant writ petition challenges a show cause notice dated 6.2.2018, which has already been decided by the concerned authority. The order, deciding the show cause notice, has not been challenged by the petitioner.
In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
