Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A and perused the materials on record.
By means of the present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicants have prayed to dispose of the bail application filed by the applicants in Case Crime No.309 of 2010, under Sections 498A IPC, read with section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act P.S. Rudhauli , District Basti.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants it is directed that in case the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail ,their bail application shall be considered and disposed of same day in strict compliance of the direction given by full bench of this court in the case of Smt Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P. (2004) (50) A.C.C. 742 which has been approved by Hon'ble Apex Court in Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Versus State of U.P. 2009 (2) (Crimes) Page 4 S.C.
With this direction, this application is disposed of.
