Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners Mohd. Tahir And Anr. with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for not to creating the hindrance in peace fully enjoying the marriage life.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the present case no FIR has been lodged, it is directed that in case the petitioners approach the S.P. Faizabad with regard to their grievances, the same shall be considered ascertaining the fact whether any FIR has been lodged in district Sultanpur and shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law so that injustice may not be done with the petitioners.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
