1. On 28.3.2019 Sri K.N. Saxena, learned counsel for the appellant has absented himself. I had admitted the appeal. He has not taken steps for service of notice upon respondents though this appeal is of the year 1989. Appeal requires to be dismissed on the ground of non prosecution. Earlier also this appeal was dismissed in the year 1990.
2. This appeal, is therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
3. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
