Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the Complaint Case No. 752 of 2015 (Old Number) and 398 of 2018 (New Number) (Shahin Khatoon Vs. Mohd. Sirajuddien and others) under Section 420 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra, pending in the Court of C.J.M., Sonbhadra) and the order of the non bailable warrant dated 31.10.2018 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonbhadra.
Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants are ready to appear before the court concerned on or before 10th December, 2018.
In view of the above, Non Bailable Warrant dated 31.10.2018 is kept in abeyance and applicants are directed to appear before the court concerned with appropriate application on or before 10th December, 2018.
With the aforesaid directions, this application is finally disposed of.
