Smt. Sajveen (petitioner-2) appears before this Court. She claims herself to be major and in support of it her High School Marks-sheet has been filed along with the writ petition showing her date of birth as 5.1.1997. She states that she has voluntarily married to Mohd. Shoeb Ahmed alias Sonu(petitioner-1) who is also present in Court.
In view of the statement of Smt. Sajveen (petitioner-2), writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.91 of 2019, under Section 366, I.P.C., P.S. Siwalkala, district Bijnor till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. in it.
Smt. Sajveen (petitioner-2) shall be produced before the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today who shall get her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. recorded before the Magistrate.
