Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Submission is that petitioner made a representation before the Tehsildar, Itwa, District Siddharth Nagar, alleging that land of public utility has been occupied by Land Mafia. It is not being freed from their encroachment. It has been submitted that no proceedings have been taken on the basis of the aforesaid application.
This writ petition is disposed of directing the Tehsildar concerned to look into the grievance of the petitioner and initiate appropriate proceedings, after hearing the alleged encroacher, respondent No.5, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
