JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 58
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 15827 of 2018 Petitioner :- Mohd. Shakir Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Zafeer Ahmad,Kamleshwar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J.
This petition is directed against an order dated 4.1.2017, whereby petitioner's representation made alongwith certified copy of this Court's order dated 18.11.2016 passed in Writ Petition No. 47662 of 2016 has been rejected. Order dated 2.11.2016 passed by this Court reads as under:-
"Petitioner seeks correction in the application form filled by him on 14.2.2016 for recruitment namely U.P. Police Department/ Police Constable and Constable PAC (Male) Direct Recruitment-2015 on the basis of marksheet which is appended at page no.17 of the paper book.
Sole prayer made in the writ petition is to issue a direction to respondent no.2 to decide his representation dated 01.09.2016.
To this prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2, namely Additional Secretary/Recruitment and Examination Controller U.P. Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order".
Petitioner had applied online for appointment to the post of Constable PAC and all details were submitted by him. It appears that the Intermediate marks of the petitioner have been wrongly uploaded. Subsequent application made for correction has been rejected on the ground that in term of Clause 6.4 of the advertisement, no subsequent change would be allowed. This Court finds that even otherwise, the recruitment exercise has been concluded and final result has been declared on 21.5.2018. There is no justification for this Court to interfere with the order passed on 4.1.2017, now. There is no illegality in the order, in view of clause 6.4 of the advertisement, as per which subsequent change in details uploaded would not be allowed.
Writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
