Withdrawal Application No. 3 of 2021 A mention has been made in the first hours by Mr. Ramesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the revisionist that the revisionist, who is the tenant and the respondent, who is the landlord, have settled this matter outside Court and he wants to withdraw this revision.
The matter is taken up forthwith.
This withdrawal application has been made supported by an affidavit of the revisionist, Mohd. Shakir.
The application is allowed. The revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
